During a power outage while my mom was there, Alexander quickly showed up with a propane heater and some hot chocolate to make her as comfortable as possible… There are truly kind, loving people in this world and Alexander is one of them.
We caught a bunch of fish and enjoyed constant visits from the local duck, Howard. Gorgeous views at sunrise and sunset, and extremely good communication from the owners. It was quite close to the Johnson Space Center and Kemah Boardwalk, too. Just the perfect weekend getaway!
This was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. The location was great and close to all of the places we were interested in. The back deck overlooking the lake was phenomenal. Very peaceful with gorgeous sunsets.
No detail is overlooked. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake, kayaking, fishing, and just spending time together on the deck… Our favorite extras were the fish food feeder, kayaks, outdoor shower space, and the relaxing swings.
I was super amazed that the bed here was the best nights sleep I have had away from home.
Favorite part of it all was being able to fish 🎣 right outside on the deck.
It was quiet and very peaceful. Most of our time was spent sitting outside on the deck enjoying nature. We will absolutely book again and recommend to Friends and Family.
This was my third or fourth time staying at this tiny home. It has always been clean and well supplied.
The location is really the greatest asset though, at the end lot along a cozy little lake. We enjoyed working and relaxing on the multi-level deck, and kayaking along the lake with Woodward the duck (he was our begrudging escort during our paddle 😆).
